TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms.
Plain terms for a focused tool. Last updated 10 September 2026.
1. Who provides Redline
Redline is provided by Mostafa Elleithy, trading as Redline (a sole trader) ("we", "us"). You can reach us at mostafa136885@gmail.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.
2. What Redline is
Redline is a web application for reviewing, marking up and measuring PDF drawings, with an editor, private storage for your drawings, and exports to PDF and CSV. It is a tool for professionals; you are responsible for checking any quantity, dimension or decision you take from it against the drawing and your own judgement.
3. Your account
- You need an email address and a password of at least fifteen characters, and you confirm the email with a one-time code when you create the account. You must be at least 18 years old.
- When you create the account you are shown a recovery code once. It is the only way to reset a forgotten password. Keep it private and safe; we cannot recover an account without it.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.
- One person per account. You may not share an account or resell access.
4. Trial, subscription and payment
- A new account has a free trial of seven days, with every tool and no card required. When the trial ends you can still sign in and download your drawings; saving new work in the editor needs a subscription.
- Subscriptions are sold by our payment partner Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle's checkout shows the price in your currency and any tax before you confirm, and Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.
- Prices are stated in US dollars: USD 15 per month or USD 150 per year. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your workspace. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Refunds are described on the Refunds and cancellation page.
- We may change prices with at least thirty days' notice shown in your workspace; a change applies from your next renewal after the notice.
5. Your drawings and markups
- Everything you upload or create in Redline stays yours. We claim no rights in it.
- You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you: to save it, encrypt it, show it back to you, and produce your exports.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not use Redline for anything unlawful, for anything that infringes another person's rights, or to attack the service or other accounts.
- Each workspace holds up to 2 GB, with drawings up to 150 MB each and up to 100 saved checkpoints per drawing.
6. Availability and backups
We work to keep Redline available and your data intact, and we keep encrypted backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything important: the workspace lets you download any drawing at any time, and the editor can keep a copy on your own disk.
7. Ending an account
- You can delete your account from the workspace at any time. Your sessions end immediately; your drawings are kept, encrypted, for thirty days in case the deletion was a mistake, then erased for good. Within those thirty days you can ask us to restore the account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If we close an account for any other reason we will give you thirty days to download your drawings.
8. Liability
Redline is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show a notice in your workspace at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Redline after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, you can cancel and download your drawings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts there — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
